After more than 12 months of hard work in the background, Bako Wales has launched a new warehouse and back office system which seamlessly links our stock, ordering and accounting systems, enabling us to offer a better service to our customers.


From a customer perspective, the only obvious change from the introduction of the new system has been completely new product codes for all items.  Once this has bedded in and any inevitable bugs ironed out, the system will enable us to set up on-line ordering and account servicing for customers, making it even easier for them to get what they need from us.

 On-line ordering and account management will be based on a new website, which is currently being developed and which will be launched in phases.

 General Manager, Dyfed Evans, said

“The introduction of the new system has not been without its challenges.  It’s been an intense project which has required a huge amount of work by lots of the team here at Bako Wales, but we believe that our customers will soon start to see the benefits of the new system.”
