Receive dividends based on our profits
When you become a customer of Bako Wales, you’re not just linking with another supplier, you’re becoming a member of our cooperative and part of the family.
What this means is that you essentially have a stake in what we do. We report back to you on our performance and plans, just as if you were a shareholder in a private company.
Our members also receive a share of the profits we make. So, the more we make, the more you get back. In each of the last 3 years, we’ve distributed the equivalent of 2% of our turnover to our members!
Your share is linked to how much you spend with us during the financial year (March – February), so just think of it as a customer loyalty scheme: the more you spend, the more you benefit.
Know what products you want and ready to place an order?
Simply make a note of the product codes for your requirements and call our Telesales Team, between 7:00am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday, on 01792 890 500. Or email us on email@example.com
Whilst we can accept orders outside of our core hours, we can’t process them until the team are back in.
We’ll send you email confirmation of your order, so you check we have everything you want.

Our sales representatives are out on the road, meeting with our customers on a regular basis. If you’d like to schedule a visit, then please ask – we’d be delighted to come and see you.
Get fresh deliveries when you need them
Our fleet of multi-temperature vehicles is out making deliveries across our patch Monday to Friday, with some leaving as early as 4:00am to make sure you get the goods you’ve ordered on time.
When you set up your account, we’ll agree a regular delivery day which suits your needs, so you’ll know when to expect us and can plan your ordering accordingly. If you need to arrange something different, then please ask and we can change this to suit you.
Provided we have what you want in stock and receive your order by 12 noon the day before your scheduled delivery is due, it’ll be there and with you the next day.
All of our vehicles are multi-temperature, so if you’re ordering fresh, chilled or frozen products you can be sure they reach you in pristine condition.
If you would like to call to pick up an order from our Gorseinon, Swansea, base, then we can arrange that too. Please ask at the time of ordering.
