Covid-19 Management Guide launched by CBA

The guide contains everything bakers need to safely navigate the opening of their shops and bakeries from a health & safety perspective.

Developed in collaboration with environmental health experts Safer Assured, the guide includes a wide range of information on issues such as safe operating procedures, as well as customisable monitoring records and premises signage.

The guide is free to CBA members, but can be purchased by non-members looking for clear guidance on issues relevant to their bakery business.
